How to ask for deletion

1. In the PimpYourPaws app: More → Account → Delete my account. Type DELETE to confirm.
2. On the website: sign in, then Settings → Account → Delete my account. Type DELETE to confirm. Go to account settings
3. Can't sign in? Email support@pimpyourpaws.com from the email address on the account, and we'll do it for you.

What happens

• Your account is deleted at the end of a 14-day cooling-off period. We email you the date. You can cancel until then, and the account works as normal.
• Anything still under way, such as a booking that has not finished or earnings not yet paid out, is named on the screen and has to finish first.
• Deleted: your name and mobile number, your sign-in, your photos and documents, your devices and notifications. Messages you sent are replaced with "Message removed by sender". A household only you belong to is deleted with its pets' records; from a shared household you are removed.
• A carer's profile is taken out of search and its verification documents are deleted.
• Kept, without your name: bookings, payments, refunds, payouts and the record that you accepted our terms, as the law requires.
